Contact form as a theme block
This form is a Workflow Forms theme block placed on the page with the theme editor. It is rendered through the app on our own domain and styled by the branding settings. Send it and the submission lands in our inbox and starts a Shopify Flow workflow.
What happens next
From a form to a running workflow
1. The server checks it
Required fields, conditions and validation run on our server. Spam is dropped silently.
2. Shopify Flow receives it
The Form submitted trigger carries the form, the email, the language, the consent and every answer by its field handle.
3. The workflow runs
In our demo the workflow emails our team. The same trigger can tag the customer, create a draft order or call another system.
